Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon ran for 56 yards off 13 carries in the Week 1 loss to the Browns. He added three catches for 17 yards. While it wasn't a terrible performance from the former Oklahoma Sooner, fantasy managers were hoping for more. Unfortunately, that may not come in Week 2, as he has averaged just 55 rushing yards in 11 career meetings with the Ravens. That said, Mixon remains a starting option in all formats. However, nobody would argue with anyone who keeps him out of the starting lineup, especially until he gets his act together.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren handled six carries for 20 yards and secured four of his six targets for 66 yards in a Week 2 win against the Cleveland Browns. Najee Harris continued to be Pittsburgh's primary ball carrier on Monday night but Warren has clearly carved out a role for himself as a receiver. He looked particularly explosive when turning a short pass from quarterback Kenny Pickett into a 30-yard gain in the second quarter. With the Steelers' offense struggling to open the 2023 campaign, it's difficult to project Warren for a lot of touchdown upside, but the 24-year-old does offer some appeal as a flex option in PPR leagues. Warren should stay involved in a Week 3 bout with the Las Vegas Raiders.
