Coming off his best game of the season, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison carries WR3/Flex potential into the team's Week 4 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. The former USC Trojan caught his first touchdown of the season and led the Vikings in receiving in a win last week at Tampa Bay, and now Minnesota approaches this week without star receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle). The Vikings' offense has looked bad, but Miami has bigger issues up and down the roster, and its defense has been no exception. The Dolphins have allowed points on half of their opponents' possessions, which is tied for last in the NFL, and they also rank in the bottom five in yards per play (29th), pressure percentage (30th), and sacks (32nd). Addison's solid performance last week, temporary status as the team's top receiver, and a lowly-ranked opponent give him lineup appeal. He's RotoBaller's WR29 for Week 4.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable to play in his team's Week 4 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. Flowers practiced in full on Wednesday and Thursday, but he was downgraded to limited on Friday and will now carry an injury designation into the weekend. The 26-year-old injured his hamstring in Week 1 and missed Week 2 as a result. While Flowers returned for Baltimore's Week 3 win over the Dallas Cowboys, he was on a snap count. If Flowers is active in Week 4, it seems likely that Baltimore would continue to be cautious with his workload. Flowers has been remarkably productive despite the nagging injury, recording 10 catches for 234 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets across two games. He remains a must-start wide receiver if active, but fantasy managers may want to downgrade their expectations slightly for Week 4.
