Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert played well in a 34-27 win over the Denver Broncos in Week 16. Herbert was decent in the first half and then really turned it on in the second half. In total, he completed 23 of his 31 passes for 284 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. Herbert also added 28 yards on the ground on eight carries despite clearly not being 100% with his wrapped up ankle. Herbert completed passes to 10 different receivers and threw his touchdowns to Hassan Haskins and Derius Davis. The Chargers will have a little extra time to rest and heal and will take on the New England Patriots in Week 17.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts enters Week 16 against the Washington Commanders fresh off one of his best passing performances of the season. In the Eagles' 27-13 win over the Steelers, Hurts completed 25-of-32 passes for 290 yards and two touchdowns while adding 45 rushing yards and another score. His 14 rushing touchdowns lead all quarterbacks this season, and his 290 passing yards marked his second-highest total of 2024. Washington's defense ranks fourth in passing yards allowed per game (189.6), but they've surrendered 23 passing touchdowns and struggle against mobile QBs. Hurts' dual-threat ability and consistent scoring upside keep him locked in as a high-end QB1. He'll look to add to his six-touchdown total over the past two games against the Commanders defense.
