Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert is set for another strong performance in a Week 4 game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Herbert has been playing excellent football this season, and the Raiders defense is no reason to believe that will stop now. He may be getting running back Austin Ekeler (ankle) back for this one too, which would open up the Chargers offense even more. The overall fantasy QB2 so far this season, Herbert is a top-five option in fantasy lineups this week.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts will take on the division-rival Washington Commanders in Week 4 on Sunday. The 25-year-old has put together two top-10 performances over the past two weeks and now faces a Washington defense that has done well against opposing quarterbacks to open the season. With that said, the only real offense they have played is Buffalo, who scored 37 points] against them last week. Allen averaged 15.3 yards per carry against the Commanders last week and scored, so Hurts is set up for a top-tier fantasy performance in Week 4. You are playing the Eagles quarterback every week if you have him, but after a slow start, this could be the week he gets back on track as an elite option.
