Wide receiver Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings should once again be glued into starting lineups when his team takes on a Philadelphia Eagles team that has uncharacteristically struggled in 2025. The Eagles, who infamously passed on Jefferson to select Jalen Reagor, haven't been nearly as dominant as they were in their run to a Super Bowl last season. Philly is allowing points on more than 43% of opposing drives, which ranks 26th, and also ranks in the bottom 10 of average depth of target (29th), pressure percentage (27th), and sacks (25th). With Minnesota set to start backup quarterback Carson Wentz for at least one more week, getting the ball to Jefferson, who had 22 targets in the past two games, should be a priority again.

Since taking over as his team's starter in Week 4, New York Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart has flashed significant fantasy upside. In four starts, the 22-year-old has completed 60.2% of his pass attempts for 791 yards, seven touchdowns, and three interceptions. Perhaps most encouragingly, Dart has rushed for 178 yards and three scores on 37 attempts so far this season. Dart's ability to use his legs appears to be a feature of his game, as he's rushed for at least 50 yards or a touchdown in three out of four starts. Dart profiles as a low-end starter in single-quarterback formats and a must-start player in two-quarterback formats heading into a Week 8 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.
