Indianapolis Colts wide receiver K.J. Hamler signed with the Colts' practice squad on Saturday. Hamler was waived by the Denver Broncos during camp with a non-football illness designation. He worked out for the Colts in early September and now finds himself a member of their practice squad. It's doubtful that he the 5'9" wideout will make any fantasy impact whatsoever this season.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba was targeted five times in Week 1 and six times in Week 2, but he is not yet threatening the workloads of DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. The 21-year-old has only been on the field for 58% of snaps and the targets he has seen are at an average depth of just 1.9 yards. In Week 3 against the Panthers, Smith-Njigba will line up against Jimmy Chinn or Troy Hill, who have managed most of the slot corner snaps for Carolina in the first two weeks of the season. Smith-Njigba is definitely worth holding but the only reason to start him in Week 3 is if Metcalf (ribs) is ruled out.
