Cleveland Browns wide receiver Kadarius Toney is active for Sunday's Week 11 game against the New Orleans Saints. The 25-year-old was elevated from the practice squad on Saturday and will make both his Browns debut and his season debut on Sunday afternoon. Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kyle Philips hauled in all three of his targets for a total of 18 yards during Saturday's preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers. Philips had generated plenty of buzz prior to his rookie campaign in 2022, but injuries have held him to just 13 games, 23 catches, and 259 receiving yards since then. Even after his solid showing in Week 1 of the preseason, he is buried behind players like Calvin Ridley, Tyler Boyd, DeAndre Hopkins, and Treylon Burks on the Titans' depth chart. As a result, Philips remains off the fantasy radar in all formats.
