New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs (chest) is active to face the Tennessee Titans on Sunday in Week 7. Diggs entered the weekend with a questionable tag due to a chest injury that kept him limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. The 31-year-old veteran pass-catcher upgraded to a full practice on Friday, though, and he's good to go against Tennessee. Kayshon Boutte and DeMario Douglas both came away with big games in last week's win over the Saints, with Diggs only going for three catches and 28 yards in Week 6.
