Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kyle Philips hauled in all three of his targets for a total of 18 yards during Saturday's preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers. Philips had generated plenty of buzz prior to his rookie campaign in 2022, but injuries have held him to just 13 games, 23 catches, and 259 receiving yards since then. Even after his solid showing in Week 1 of the preseason, he is buried behind players like Calvin Ridley, Tyler Boyd, DeAndre Hopkins, and Treylon Burks on the Titans' depth chart. As a result, Philips remains off the fantasy radar in all formats.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert scored the team's lone touchdown in Sunday's 41-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Tolbert saw four targets in the contest, catching three balls for 30 yards and the score. He operated as a starter with CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) on the shelf and should start again in Week 18 against the Washington Commanders.
