The Baltimore Ravens waived wide receiver Laquon Treadwell and placed defensive back Damarion Williams (undisclosed) on Injured Reserve on Monday. Treadwell has bounced around from the team's practice squad and the 53-man roster in 2023. The 28-year-old former first-rounder only appeared in five games with Baltimore and had one reception on three targets for 16 yards in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers when the Ravens were resting a lot of their regulars. Williams began the 2023 season on Injured Reserve after having ankle surgery. He was activated from IR before Week 15 but was inactive for the next three games before finally making his season debut in Week 18.

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram caught 10 of his 13 targets for 79 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's meeting with the Titans. With the loss, the Jaguars were eliminated from postseason contention. However, Engram put forth his best effort, so he can't shoulder much of the blame. Overall, the 29-year-old arguably had the best season of his career. He caught 114 passes, doing so despite the subpar play of Trevor Lawrence. Engram also nearly hit the 1,000-yard receiving mark and found the end zone four times. That said, his stock will be much higher than most at the position ahead of the 2024-25 campaign. If Lawrence can get his act together, Engram could be in line for his best year in the league.
