Washington Commanders rookie wide receiver Luke McCaffrey could be deployed as the No.2 wideout on Sunday afternoon with Noah Brown (groin) ruled out. Last week, Brown was deployed alongside Terry McLaurin, which limited McCaffrey's opportunities. However, fantasy managers should expect the Rice product to see regular playing time against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. After tallying a season-high 44 yards in Week 3, McCaffrey took a step back in Week 4 as he caught only one pass. The 23-year-old remains a desperation flex play in 14+ team leagues as he has yet to show much consistency but could enjoy a breakout game with Brown sidelined.

Undrafted Carolina Panthers rookie wide receiver Jalen Coker recorded the best outing of his young career in Sunday's 28-14 loss to the Denver Broncos. Coker, a Holy Cross product, hauled in four receptions for 78 yards and a touchdown a 15-yard back shoulder catch in the game's waning seconds. With Adam Thielen (hamstring) and Diontae Johnson (ribs) out, Coker took full advantage of his opportunity, becoming a fan favorite and beacon of hope for crestfallen Panthers supporters. The status of Thielen and Johnson is unclear heading into Week 9, and their designation will determine the outlook on Coker's expectations. However, Carolina's diamond in the rough prospect could garner more exposure in next Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints.
