Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has a much easier matchup this week than he did in the team's Week 2 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Stafford has thrown for over 300 yards in each of the first two games this season. Despite the extreme passing volume, the 35-year-old has averaged just over 14 fantasy PPG and is the overall QB22 through two weeks. While the Rams' Week 3 matchup, Cincinnati Bengals, have given up more on the ground than through the air, they still have a very young and inexperienced secondary. Stafford is a low-end QB1 for Week 3 and is mainly an option in superflex leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts will travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers on Monday night. After getting back on track and scoring three total touchdowns in Week 2 against Minnesota, the 25-year-old will look to continue to roll against a solid Tampa Bay defense. The Buccaneers were able to shut down Justin Fields and the Chicago passing attack last week but will struggle to put as much pressure on Hurts. While the Eagles offense has not looked as in sync as they were during their Super Bowl run, it started to click in the second half of last week's Thursday night matchup and should continue to adjust. With a high-scoring floor due to his rushing ability, the Eagles starting quarterback should be considered a top-tier option in Week 3.
