Michael Gallup To Visit With Ravens

Wednesday, March 20, 7:26 PM

The Baltimore Ravens have reportedly scheduled a visit with free-agent wide receiver Michael Gallup. The veteran wideout was recently cut by the Dallas Cowboys after another quiet season in 2023. Despite that, Gallup appears to have multiple interested suitors as the Carolina Panthers have scheduled a visit as well. The 28-year-old hasn't produced a season with more than 445 receiving yards since the 2020 season. Hopefully, a change of scenery will help Gallup get his career back on track.

Salvon Ahmed Goes On Injured Reserve

Tuesday, November 21, 4:16 PM

Miami Dolphins running back Salvon Ahmed (foot) was placed on Injured Reserve on Tuesday with a foot injury that he suffered in the Week 11 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. He'll now be forced to miss at least the next four games. In a corresponding move, the Dolphins promoted wide receiver Robbie Chosen from the practice squad to the active roster. Miami's backfield is suddenly short-handed with rookie De'Von Achane (knee) also aggravating a knee injury that landed him on Injured Reserve from Weeks 6-9. Achane's injury isn't believed to be serious, but fantasy managers looking for running back help may want to consider adding Jeff Wilson Jr. off the waiver wire heading into Week 12 action. Raheem Mostert remains the team's lead back. Ahmed scored his first receiving touchdown of the year on Sunday with Achane hurt and Wilson a healthy scratch.
