The New Orleans Saints are reportedly in contract negotiations with wide receiver Chris Olave, according to The Athletic's Dianna Russini. Olave's name had occurred in recent trade rumors, but the team's pursuit of a long-term deal might slow down those talks for now. Through six games, Olave has caught 39 of 64 targets for 342 yards and a touchdown, ranking as the WR27 on a per-game basis. The fourth-year wideout has dealt with injuries (mostly concussions) over his three-year career but has shown he can be a dependable weapon in the Saints' passing attack.
