Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has been a reliable option for this offense early in the season. The veteran wideout has hauled in at least five receptions and a touchdown in each of the first three games. It appears Evans has quickly built chemistry with newcomer quarterback Baker Mayfield. Although, Evans might have less success versus the New Orleans Saints in Week 4. A defensive unit that has allowed only two receiving touchdowns to opposing wideouts this season. Despite that, Evans should still be able to produce WR2 value this week.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (illness) was limited in practice on Friday and was removed from the final Week 4 injury report, so he will play on Sunday against the Washington Commanders. Running back Boston Scott (concussion) also put in a full practice and will play this weekend. Smith was under the weather and didn't practice on Thursday, but he's feeling better and should be left in fantasy starting lineups against a Commanders defense that has been shredded two weeks in a row. The 24-year-old took a back seat to teammate A.J. Brown in the Monday night win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he does have 15 catches on 20 targets for 206 yards and two touchdowns in three games this year. Smith should have a high fantasy floor this Sunday against Washington.
