Carolina Panthers running back Miles Sanders carried the ball nine times for 24 yards and a touchdown while adding five catches for 38 yards in a 37-27 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3. Sanders dealt with a pectoral injury during the week leading up to his Week 3 game but he showed no ill effects on Sunday. Despite a pedestrian day on the ground, Sanders finished third on the team with nine targets, giving him 20 over his first three games of the season. The veteran running back has yet to post a breakout game but his usage in the passing attack is encouraging moving forward. Sanders' next game will be against the Minnesota Vikings at home.

New York Jets running back Breece Hall turned 12 carries into 18 rushing yards and secured one of his two targets for nine receiving yards in a 15-10 loss to the New England Patriots. Hall was more involved than he was in Week 2, but it didn't matter much for fantasy purposes as the Jets struggled to move the ball. Head coach Robert Saleh confirmed that quarterback Zach Wilson will remain the starter for New York in Week 4, so it's difficult to be excited about Hall moving forward. The 22-year-old projects to be a flex option next week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
