Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was listed on the injury report with a right wrist injury, but practiced fully all week and was removed from the report ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Mahomes was listed on last week's injury report with the same wrist issue, but practiced fully and played last week. The Chiefs quarterback completed 22 of his 37 pass attempts (60%) for 224 yards and a touchdown in the team's 22-9 victory over the New York Giants last week. Mahomes had his worst fantasy output of this season in Week 3 despite winning the game by a comfortable margin. The former MVP will get the chance to bounce back this week against another AFC powerhouse in the Ravens. Baltimore has been an advantageous matchup to begin the season, allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks to start the year. The Ravens offense is also first in points per game this season, which makes this matchup a potential shootout. This game has an over/under of 48.5, making it tied for the second-highest total of the week. Mahomes should also benefit from the return of Xavier Worthy after he missed the last few games with a dislocated shoulder. Mahomes is ranked QB7 in our RotoBaller rankings this week, making him a strong start. The stars are aligning for the Chiefs superstar to have a big game, and he is capable of delivering.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. closed out Week 3's 41-20 victory over the Tennessee Titans, but did not factor into the game's outcome. The former Florida Gator took the field for the Colts' final drive, participating on his first seven plays of the season. He'd finish the contest with negative-one rushing yards on four carries, and nary a single pass attempt, as he was only utilized to hand the ball off, handle a rush, and kneel thrice to run the clock out. The 23-year-old could be a gold mine for fantasy, but he hasn't yet improved enough to be an efficient NFL passer. With teammate Daniel Jones balling out as Indy's starter, Richardson Sr. garners little fantasy appeal outside of a stash in superflex dynasty formats.
