Who Should I Start? Phillip Lindsay or Justice Hill

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill tallied 85 rush yards and a touchdown on his nine carries in a 33-10 win against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday Night Football. He also caught all three of his targets for seven yards. Hill was scarcely used in the first half, totaling just four touches. Then Jacksonville's defense dominated most of the second half before the eighth-year pro entered in relief and made his mark. Midway through the fourth quarter with the game out of reach, he took a handoff right and cut up the crease, untouched as he raced down the sideline for a 65-yard touchdown. Hill is good for a nice PPR performance every once in a while, and is always a threat to score with the ball in his hands. That said, he doesn't get consistent enough work to matter weekly for fantasy. Even with the addition of quarterback Jacoby Brissett expected to stabilize the Ravens' offense moving forward, Hill would be difficult to trust as anything more than a low-floor flyer for owners. Baltimore will square off with the Los Angeles Chargers the next time they take the field in Week 10.
