The Los Angeles Rams have signed wide receiver Quintez Cephus to their practice squad amid injuries to their top two receivers, Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Cephus hasn't played in an NFL regular-season game since 2022, when he was with the Detroit Lions. The Rams' passing game struggled in Week 2 against the Cardinals, mainly after Cooper Kupp exited the game. Their current wide receiver group consists of Demarcus Robinson, Tyler Johnson, Jordan Whittington, and Tutu Atwell. The Rams did not place Kupp on injured reserve, indicating they expect him back within the nefew of weeks. Washington Commanders wide receiver K.J. Osborn (coach's decision) is inactive for Week 15 against the New Orleans Saints. Osborn did not appear on the injury report this week and is a healthy scratch. The 27-year-old was claimed off waivers from New England just a few days ago, so it's possible he's inactive simply because he didn't have enough time to get integrated within the Washington offense. Regardless of the reason, he's not a dependable fantasy option moving forward.
