Rashid Shaheed Brings Big-Play Upside in Week 2

Saturday, September 13, 1:42 AM

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Rashid Shaheed was the team's third-most productive pass catcher in Week 1 against the Arizona Cardinals, finishing with six receptions for 33 yards on nine targets. His longest catch was just 17 yards, but his speed and explosiveness give him real big-play potential. With Kellen Moore's offense passing aggressively, Shaheed could turn his volume into a breakout performance and projects as a WR4 with upside this week against the 49ers.

Keon Coleman to Face Struggling Pass Defense in Week 3

Wednesday, September 17, 1:37 PM

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman, the team's leading pass catcher so far this season, will enter a favorable matchup against the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. Miami, which may go without injured starting cornerback Storm Duck (ankle), hasn't had an answer for opposing passing games this year. The Dolphins are giving up 33 points per game and have allowed the NFL's highest completion percentage (78.8). That looks auspicious for Coleman, who caught all three targets for a modest 26 yards against No. 1 cornerback Sauce Gardner and the New York Jets' secondary last Sunday. The Bills beat the Jets handily while leaning on the run, whereas they took a pass-happy approach in a Week 1 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. Coleman looked like a budding star in the opener. While the second-year man remains unproven, he should be among the beneficiaries if Buffalo's Josh Allen-led aerial attack rebounds from an underwhelming Week 2 performance on Thursday.
