Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman popped up as a limited participant on Thursday's practice report, but has since registered a full practice on Friday and is good to go against the Pittsburgh Steelers. While he'll be suiting up, his consistency hasn't been conducive to deploying him into fantasy lineups very often. He's only finished in WR3 territory or better twice, and he hasn't received more than two targets since Week 9 or more than two receptions since Week 3. The Steelers have given up the third-most fantasy points to opposing receivers this season, which gives Bateman a bit more value, but he's still projected as the WR70 on RotoBaller's rankings in Week 14.

Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Tre' Harris had a 52.1% snap share and ran the third-most routes he has all season, but he only caught one pass on one target for 12 yards in the team's Week 11 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Harris is still well behind the team's other pass-catchers in terms of production and opportunities. He is set to face a Las Vegas Raiders defense that mainly runs zone coverage, a scheme that the rookie performs better against in every metric compared to man coverage. While the increased snap share is a positive sign for his long-term outlook, he remains too low on the depth chart to be a viable fantasy option. Fantasy managers should keep Harris on their bench unless a significant injury pushes him higher in the depth chart.
