The Washington Commanders have signed wide receiver River Cracraft, according to Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic. Cracraft has played for three different teams across seven NFL seasons entering 2025, but has never recorded more than nine catches in a single year. He played eight games for the Miami Dolphins in 2024 and caught seven passes for 66 yards and zero touchdowns. The 30-year-old Cracraft is a long shot to make the Commanders' 53-man roster. Still, it's somewhat notable that the team is looking to fortify its wide receiver depth amidst its ongoing contract dispute with star wideout Terry McLaurin.

New York Giants wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins has played close to a full-time role since getting signed off the Steelers' practice squad a few weeks ago. Hodgins has played 76.6% of the offensive snaps while recording eight catches for 103 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets in three games. The 27-year-old should continue to see steady playing time and targets behind Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton in a positive Week 15 matchup against the porous Washington Commanders defense. The Oregon State product earned six targets in each of his first two games, but had only one in their most recent game against the Patriots in Week 13 before the bye. Hodgins profiles as a deep-league flex option in a favorable matchup in Week 15.
