Ryan Flournoy News

Ryan Flournoy Projected as Cowboys' No. 3 Wide Receiver in 2026

Sunday, March 22, 7:59 AM

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Ryan Flournoy is expected to be third on the depth chart when the 2026 season begins, according to Jon Machota of The Athletic. Machota's roster projection indicates that the Cowboys won't make any major additions at wide receiver this offseason, leaving Flournoy in the No. 3 role behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. This is an unsurprising development, as the Cowboys already have $61.3 million allocated to Lamb and Pickens, so an external addition at wide receiver wouldn't make much sense. Plus, Flournoy had an impressive 2025 season, catching 40 passes for 475 yards and four touchdowns across 16 games. He stepped up when teammates went down, such as when he caught nine passes for 115 yards and one touchdown in Week 14. Realistically, Flournoy is one of the better No. 3 receivers in the NFL, and he could handle the jump to being a fantasy-relevant No. 2 receiver if Lamb or Pickens miss any time in 2026. As a result, he's a low-cost trade target in deep dynasty leagues this offseason.

Xavier Restrepo News

Xavier Restrepo Earns Six Targets in First NFL Game, in Line for More Playing Time Going Forward?

Tuesday, November 25, 10:00 PM

After spending the first 11 weeks of the 2025 season on the Tennessee Titans' practice squad, rookie wide receiver Xavier Restrepo finally made his NFL debut in Week 12 against the Seattle Seahawks. The 23-year-old earned six targets from Titans quarterback Cameron Ward and hauled in two receptions for 26 yards. Restrepo's path to game action was aided by injuries to Titans wideouts Calvin Ridley (leg) and Elic Ayomanor (hamstring). Ridley will miss the rest of the season, while Ayomanor could return as soon as Week 13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. However, if Ayomanor remains sidelined, Restrepo could have another chance to prove himself against Jacksonville. While fantasy managers will need Restrepo to play more than the 19 offensive snaps he played in Week 12, in some ways, it's encouraging that he was able to log six targets despite the limited playing time. Restrepo can't be trusted as a fantasy starter yet, but he could be worth monitoring for deep-league fantasy managers if the wide receiver injuries in Tennessee persist.
