Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill completed 18 of his 25 passing attempts for 240 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. Tennessee's offensive line held up and gave Tannehill time to throw, so he posted another efficient outing in the win. Still, he failed to post enough fantasy points to make him a viable single-quarterback league option moving forward. Hopefully, the Titans' offense can develop consistency at some point this season. For now, he continues to be a low-end superflex or two-QB league fantasy asset.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield looked sharp during Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the New Orleans Saints. Mayfield struggled last week, but was able to bounce back nicely in this game. He completed 25-of-32 passing attempts for 246 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in the win. Mayfield also added 32 yards on the ground with eight carries. His lone mistake came on a interception in the red zone, but Mayfield looked good throughout most of this game. The Bucs are now in the first place in the NFC South as they head into their bye week.
