New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley barely topped 50 total yards in the team's 10-7 victory over the New England Patriots in Week 12. New York's offensive star received 12 carries for 46 yards and caught one pass for 6 yards. Barkley's 13 touches were his fewest of the 2023 season. There was not a lot of offensive production to go around on either side of this matchup. The Giants totaled just 220 yards. Barkley will remain an RB1 when the Giants host the Green Bay Packers following their bye week.

Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon took 14 carries for 43 yards and caught all three of his targets for a gain of 38 yards during the team's 29-22 win over the Detroit Lions. With Aaron Jones (knee) out, Dillon was given the bulk of the carries in Week 12 and did a decent job against a tough Detroit run defense. Patrick Taylor mixed in but gained just 15 yards on his four touches. The 25-year-old has done well as a receiver this season and should remain a flex option as long as Jones misses time. Unfortunately, things will not get easier next week, as Dillon will go up against the Kansas City Chiefs, who have been fairly stingy against the run outside of last week's rain game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Consider the fourth-year back a fringe RB2 in Week 13.
