New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs has seen lower usage than expected during the first two weeks of the season, which makes him tough to trust in fantasy football for Week 3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Diggs' volume has been steady so far, but he has only played 54.2 percent of the team's offensive snaps. This type of usage might not be enough to justify starting Diggs in fantasy football, especially against a Steelers defense that has been near league-average in terms of fantasy points allowed to wide receivers. They've been particularly stingy against slot receivers, and 36.6 percent of Diggs' snaps this season have come in the slot. He ranks just outside the top 36 fantasy receivers for Week 3 against Pittsburgh.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle recorded five catches for 39 yards and a touchdown on six targets against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday night. Waddle has now scored touchdowns in back-to-back weeks, although he's failed to crack 70 receiving yards in any of Miami's games so far. On the season, Waddle has been targeted 17 times, hauling in 14 catches for 137 yards and two touchdowns. He ranks third on the Dolphins in targets behind wide receiver Tyreek Hill and running back De'Von Achane (23 each). Waddle profiles as a low-end flex option going into next week's matchup against the New York Jets.
