The New Orleans Saints' Swiss-Army Knife and "do it all man" Taysom Hill suited up on Sunday for the first time in 2025 after suffering a torn ACL in Week 13 of 2024. He served as the backup quarterback behind starter Spencer Rattler, while also fulfilling his regular role as a gadget player. He stepped in and completed his only pass for 19 yards, and had six carries for negative one yard, good for 0.66 fantasy points. Hill has always been a bit of a boom-or-bust option in the fantasy community. Still, if he were to step in for any serious time at quarterback, or continue to see six to 10 carries a game, he could easily provide TE1 fantasy production; however, there will be weeks like this, where it's close to a goose egg. Fantasy managers in deeper leagues can roster him and see how things play out over the next few weeks.

With the New York Giants preparing to play on Thursday night against the Eagles, quarterback Jaxson Dart (hamstring) would have been projected as limited in Tuesday's walkthrough. With the short week of preparation, there are no official reports of his participation, but head coach Brian Daboll believes he will be fine for Thursday night. Dart has been a usable fantasy piece since taking over for Russell Wilson and now starting two games. While the rookie signal caller has fumbled twice and thrown two interceptions, while averaging only 5.2 yards per attempt, he's run for over 50 yards in each of his starts, adding one touchdown on the ground. With a built-in floor provided by his legs, Dart will continue to see streamable opportunities throughout the year, but this week against the Eagles is not one of them.
Still trying to decide between Hill and Dart? Check on the latest news to make sure both players are active and healthy. Our PPR projections show that Taysom Hill is projected to score 0.0 points this week while Jaxson Dart is projected to score 10.1 points.
