The Houston Texans signed former New York Jets quarterback Tim Boyle to their practice squad on Tuesday, according to a source. The Texans made the move to add Boyle as QB depth after working him out earlier in the day. Boyle comes to Houston as more depth at the QB position behind veteran Case Keenum and Davis Mills after rookie first-rounder C.J. Stroud missed last week's overtime win over the Tennessee Titans due to a concussion. It's unlikely the 29-year-old will see the field for the Texans the rest of this season.
