Better Days Ahead for Tre Tucker After Donut?

Tuesday, December 16, 12:35 PM

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker is still technically the team's top wideout, but he didn't record a single catch on three targets in the 31-0 beatdown at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. Tucker has been the Raiders' second leading receiver this year behind star tight end Brock Bowers, catching 46 of his 75 targets for 574 yards and five touchdowns, but he's been in a funk lately. The 24-year-old doesn't have more than three catches or 28 receiving yards in any of the last four games. Fantasy managers in 12-team leagues are probably looking to drop him following his donut in Week 15, especially with a terrible upcoming matchup this weekend on the road against the Houston Texans and their No. 1 defense. However, with Tyler Lockett (wrist) banged up and quarterback Geno Smith (shoulder, back) potentially returning in Week 16, there's a glimmer of hope that Tucker can rebound in a tough matchup.

Emeka Egbuka Offers Shaky WR3 Value in Week 15

Wednesday, December 10, 10:17 PM

Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie first-round wide receiver Emeka Egbuka has struggled to produce any consistent numbers over the last month of the season. Egbuka has finished with 42 receiving yards or fewer in four straight games. His target share has been there, with eight targets or more in seven consecutive contests. Unfortunately, Egbuka and quarterback Baker Mayfield aren't on the same page right now. Egbuka's fantasy value could drop even more going forward with veteran Mike Evans (collarbone) trending in the right direction to return in Week 15. Egbuka figures to lose targets to Evans and Chris Godwin Jr. to close out what has been a strong first NFL season. The rookie wideout has enough big-play potential to warrant a look for the Thursday night matchup versus the Atlanta Falcons, but fantasy managers might want to temper their expectations for him as a WR3/flex.
