Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa continues to struggle at the helm of the Dolphins' offense, but he'll continue to start this week in a home game against the Bills. Last week, he threw for 261 passing yards and one interception on Thursday Night Football against the Ravens. He didn't throw any touchdowns, and he has one or zero scores in three of the last four weeks, with the one exception being his strong showing against the Falcons. He's averaging only 6.6 yards per attempt and 197.7 yards per game, and the Bills have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. He had 146 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception against the Bills in Week 3. His recent struggles without Tyreek Hill drop him all the way down to QB24 this week, meaning he should barely be starting in two-QB leagues even with bye weeks.

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn is refusing to announce his starting quarterback for Sunday's Week 10 contest against the Cleveland Browns, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN. "We'll have a quarterback," Glenn said. The first-year head coach wouldn't even say if he hopes to get to a point where there's an entrenched starter. Cimini writes that Justin Fields is expected to "get the nod" on Sunday after leading the Jets to their first win of the year before their Week 9 bye. Fields probably gives New York its best chance of winning a second straight game over veteran Tyrod Taylor, and he certainly gives fantasy managers more upside as a QB2. However, nothing is official, and Fields won't be all that attractive as a QB2 streamer in fantasy lineups this weekend if he makes another start against a very capable Browns defense that is also coming off a bye.
