Tyler Higbee Misses Another Practice

Thursday, September 28, 9:17 PM

Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (Achilles) was unable to suit up for Thursday's practice session. Higbee has now missed back-to-back practices as he continues to deal with a lingering Achilles issue. This is not good news ahead of Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. There's still a chance that Higbee plays, so Friday's practice session will go a long way to determining his status. Otherwise, Brycen Hopkins and Davis Allen would likely split up the reps at tight end, assuming Higbee is unable to go.

Mo Alie-Cox Back On The Practice Field

Wednesday, August 23, 9:57 AM

Indianapolis Colts tight end Mo Alie-Cox (foot) returned to practice Tuesday. The 29-year-old had been sporting a boot earlier in training camp. Upon his return, he took reps with the second-team offense. Alie-Cox was a sleeper candidate in 2022 but failed to live up to expectations. When the season came to a close, the veteran tallied just 19 receptions for 189 yards and three touchdowns. With a crowded tight end room in Indianapolis, Alie-Cox could be a potential cut candidate. He is not worth drafting in fantasy football this season.
