Seattle Seahawks wide receiver came back to earth in Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers, catching three of his seven targets for 34 yards after scoring twice in his previous game. Fantasy managers will hope Lockett can rebound in Week 4 against the New York Giants, who have surrendered three touchdowns to wide receivers in their last two games. The Giants' defense has been softer against the run so far in 2023, though, and if the Seahawks jump out to an early lead their pass game will likely take a back seat to Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet. Still, Lockett owns a whopping 36.39% share of his team's air yards and rookie Jaxon Smith-Njigba has not posed a threat to the veteran's workload, so he should still be heavily involved on Monday. Lockett can be treated as a flex option in Week 4.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins hasn't met expectations this season. Although he played fantastic in Week 2 versus Baltimore, he caught only two of his 16 targets in Weeks 1 and 3 combined. The 24-year-old dropped some wide-open passes in the win over the Rams on Monday night, so he's certainly looking to get back on track on Sunday versus Tennessee. Understandably, fantasy managers will find it hard to trust him in Week 4. Yet, he's still a top wideout in the National Football League. With Joe Burrow (calf) looking healthier than he has in months, Higgins can't be benched in any fantasy format, even though he's a volatile option.
