Tyreek Hill News

Tyreek Hill Remains a Free Agent

Saturday, March 21, 10:51 AM

Free agent wide receiver Tyreek Hill (knee) remains unsigned as the end of March approaches. Hill was cut loose by the Miami Dolphins as the organization underwent a major restructuring. Hill and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa were both released, and the team also fired head coach Mike McDaniel and general manager Chris Grier. Although the move was less about Hill's performance and more about his fit within the organization's vision for the future (plus his salary), it's worth noting that his productivity has declined, and he is past his peak. He dropped to WR18 with 959 yards in 2024, and he totaled just 21 catches, 265 yards, and one touchdown through four games before tearing his ACL last year. On a positive note, Hill's agent recently said that the receiver will be ready for Week 1 iin 2026, so he should be ready to contribute as a play-making perimeter receiver right away. Depending on where he signs, he could still be a valuable fantasy option as a low-end WR2.

Marquise Brown News

Eagles Signing Marquise Brown to One-Year Deal

Tuesday, March 17, 8:16 AM

The Philadelphia Eagles are signing former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquise Brown to a one-year deal worth up to $6.5 million on Tuesday, multiple sources told Jordan Schultz of FOX Sports. Hollywood played in just two games in his first year with the Chiefs in 2024 due to an injury, but he rebounded last year to catch 49 passes on 74 targets for 587 yards and five touchdowns in 16 games (six starts). The 28-year-old pass-catcher has been on the decline since posting his only 1,000-yard season back in 2021 with the Baltimore Ravens. However, Brown could have a decent role in Philly behind DeVonta Smith if the Eagles trade A.J. Brown this offseason. Brown's 2026 fantasy football value will depend largely on whether Brown ends up in another uniform heading into next season. For his career, Brown has averaged 11.6 yards per catch and has 4,322 receiving yards and 33 touchdowns on 371 catches in his seven NFL seasons.
