Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee) is inactive for Sunday's Week 17 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles. The 26-year-old has operated in a reduced role this season, playing just 40.1% of the offensive snaps in games where he's active. With that said, he has still scored five touchdowns, breaking his previous career-high of two. His absence will create more opportunities for Dawson Knox, who is expected to start at tight end against the Eagles. He ranks as a solid fantasy TE2 in the Bills' strong offense.
