Zach Evans A Risky Flex Play

Saturday, October 21, 3:17 AM

Los Angeles Rams running back Zach Evans is a candidate to lead the backfield in touches with Kyren Williams (ankle) and Ronnie Rivers (knee) out in Week 7. The 6th-round rookie has played ahead of and gotten more reps than any other back on the roster this season, however, the Rams may go with a hot-hand approach. Royce Freeman and Darrell Henderson are both candidates to take touches away from Evans. The 22-year-old is most definitely worth a stash but should be avoided until it's clear how the backfield will look. Treat Evans as a low-end RB4/flex in the team's Week 7 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Sean Tucker - Week 2 Outlook for Fantasy Football

Friday, September 15, 9:46 AM

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Sean Tucker received his first taste of NFL action during the Week 1 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. The rookie back rushed five times for 15 yards, while hauling in two receptions for an additional nine yards. It seems that Tucker has worked his way into the No. 2 role behind Rachaad White. The undrafted rookie has been impressive early on. However, it appears the Bucs plan to pound the ball with White after 17 rushing attempts in Week 1. If that remains the case, Tucker isn't going to offer much fantasy value whatsoever. He'll be worth rostering in dynasty formats, but fantasy managers in redraft formats can wait until Tucker gets a bigger role on this offense. Tucker won't be a recommended streaming option for the Week 2 matchup against the Chicago Bears.
