DraftKings Showdown allows us to roster 6 players in total. Of those 6, one is selected to be your “captain” who receives 1.5x their actual DraftKings fantasy points. Because of the score boost, their salary is also 1.5x their actual listed price. This makes it more difficult to just load up your team with stud players - you will go over budget. You will need to find a mix between stars and scrubs, and you could also target a defense or kicker if the matchup is right. The last requirement is that you must have at least one player on your roster from each of the 2 teams. Let’s get into the players to target and the ones to fade.
