Quarterback Value: Phillip Rivers ($7,100) at Jacksonville Jaguars
This is less about Phillip Rivers and more about the fact that the Jaguars are in full rebuild mode. After trading away the majority of their stars, Jacksonville has an ideal fantasy combination of no pass rush and a very little secondary. It's obviously risky to go with a quarterback that is new to his team this year, but Phillip Rivers has been around the block a couple of times and has a decent set of weapons in Indianapolis. I like his upside at this price.
