The year of the Rookie RB? It sure seems that way. David Montgomery and Josh Jacobs have seemed to be in line for big roles for quite some time but cut day showed much more promise in some other young backs.
Justice Hill
Kenneth Dixon is completely out of the picture now. He was seemingly guaranteed to be cut but then ended up getting hurt and is now on IR. Mark Ingram is turning 30 this year. He does not have more than 1-2 years left. Gus Edwards played well last year but if they believed in him, they would not have signed Ingram or Drafted Hill who has the 3-down back ability. Hill may not have a ton of value this year, but the Ravens have been raving about him since the day he walked through the door. His play on the field this preseason has given them much to be excited about as he played well when he was given the chance. Hold all stocks will Justice Hill and maybe next year he reaches his value.
