If there is a team that is under performing more so than any other team it is Atlanta. Matt Ryan currently has over 2,000 yards passing and 15 TDs. Devonta Freeman has been a top 12 RB the past 3 weeks, and Julio Jones has almost 500 receiving yards with 4 TDs. Austin Hooper also has almost 500 receiving yards and 3 TDs, but change is coming to Atlanta soon. They are a disgusting 1-5 right now and they will be cleaning house soon enough. For dynasty implications it could very well mean the end is near and a rebuild is coming.
