There is optimism that New England Patriots impending free-agent wide receiver Danny Amendola would return to the team if he decides to play for another season. Amendola prefers to play in meaningful games in December and January over the amount of money he is paid. The 32-year-old stepped up in the team's run to another Super Bowl appearance, but he recorded only 61 catches for 659 yards (10.8 yards per catch) and two touchdowns during the regular season and won't have much fantasy value behind the likes of Brandin Cooks, Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski in 2018 if he returns.

Danny Amendola's fantasy value is measured by his average draft position (ADP) in fantasy football drafts. In recent drafts, Amendola's current ADP is 14.07, which indicates that his fantasy outlook is to be the 7th pick of the 14th round, and 162nd selection overall.
