David Ojabo Expected To Take Part In Training Camp

Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker David Ojabo (knee) suffered a partially torn ACL in Week 3 of last season, but he is expected to be a full participant at some point in training camp later this summer. The 2022 second-round pick suffered a torn Achilles in the pre-draft process leading up to the 2022 NFL Draft, or he likely would've been a first-rounder. Through two NFL seasons, he has accumulated seven total tackles, two sacks, and two forced fumbles in just five games. Hopefully, he can stay healthy in 2024 and show what he can do as at least a situational pass-rusher.

David Ojabo Undergoes ACL Surgery

Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker David Ojabo (knee) had surgery last week to fix his partially torn ACL, according to head coach John Harbaugh. The hope is that Ojabo is fine and good to go for the start of training camp next summer. The 23-year-old second-round pick in 2022 out of Michigan played in just three games (one start) this year before going down with the season-ending knee injury, and he's played in only five games in his first two NFL seasons due to the injury bug. Ojabo will once again close out the year on Injured Reserve, while veteran Kyle Van Noy and rookie Tavius Robinson serve as linebacking depth for the Ravens the rest of the season.

David Ojabo Could Miss The Rest Of The Season

Baltimore Ravens linebacker David Ojabo (ankle, knee) has a decision to make on whether his ankle/knee injury will end his 2023 season, according to head coach John Harbaugh. Ojabo was injured in the Week 3 overtime loss to the Indianapolis Colts and was placed on Injured Reserve, so he must sit out at least four games. It will likely come down to whether the 23-year-old decides to go under the knife. Ojabo was the team's second-round selection last year out of Michigan. He played in just two games in his rookie year due to injury and might finish his sophomore campaign with only three games played.
