Week Two was a bit rough for Quarterbacks, with multiple starters going down with injuries.  Now it wasn’t necessarily big fantasy producers, but it very well may impact some of these offensive players. There weren’t many horrific injuries thankfully, but there were quite a few that will require some movement on the waiver wire this week. Here are some of the relevant injuries that occurred in Week Two of the NFL season. Trey Sermon, Elijah Mitchell, JaMycal Hasty – Running Back – San Francisco 49ers You really can’t make this stuff up.  All three of the remaining healthy 49er Running Backs were injured on Sunday, although the severities are relatively unknown.  Elijah Mitchell injured his shoulder but was able to return late in the game.  JaMycal Hasty injured his ankle, which news has now come out that he will miss some time with a high ankle sprain.  Trey Sermon suffered a concussion and will be in the protocol this week.  He may or may not be ready to return.
