Derek Carr, QB (Las Vegas Raiders) Derek Carr should have a field day against this Washington Football defense. While the Raiders will likely be without Darren Waller for this matchup, Carr still has enough weapons, including replacement TE Foster Moreau, that can get the job done against this sub-par defense. On the season, Washington is still allowing the most fantasy points to opposing QBs per week. The Seattle Seahawks could barely sustain a drive together last week and Wilson was still able to finish with over 19 fantasy points. If you need a replacement for Rodgers or Tannehill, Carr should be your number one option to play this week.
