Minnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison will look to take advantage of a favorable matchup in Week 4 as the Vikings take on the Panthers, who have allowed the sixth-most rushing yards, 4.5 yards per carry, as well as six rushing touchdowns through three games this season. Mattison is coming off a solid effort in Week 3 where he rushed the ball 20 times for 93 yards and caught five passes on seven targets for 32 yards. Cam Akers may put a cap on his ceiling moving forward, but Mattison is still considered to be the lead back despite the addition of the former Ram to the mix. Fantasy managers can treat him as an RB2 option in this solid matchup.

Despite his solid play as of late, Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. is looking like a risky play this week. The Commanders are taking on the Philadelphia Eagles, a team that is allowing the fewest rushing yards per game to opposing offenses this season. Not only is that an issue, but Washington is also an 8.5-point underdog, making the possibility for a negative game script a likely outcome. Based on the Eagles' defensive strengths, it looks like Robinson's best-case scenario is either falling into the end zone or seeing more usage in the passing game. Consider him a low-end RB2 in Week 4.
