New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara turned 10 carries into just 31 yards, but had a season-best receiving game with five receptions for 45 yards in the loss to the Patriots. He continues to struggle establishing the run behind a Saints offensive line still developing chemistry, though he salvaged some value through the passing game. He has still only found the end zone once this season, which came back in Week 1 against the Cardinals. His 3.8 yards per carry is his second-lowest of his career, and his 72.6 total yards per game is also a career low. He remains a volume-based RB2 and will face a Bears defense in Week 7 that has allowed five rushing touchdowns through five games.

Washington Commanders wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. (heel) is officially active for the Monday night contest in Week 6 against the Chicago Bears. Samuel was only able to get in one limited practice going into Monday's game, which is why he was listed as questionable on Saturday's final injury report. However, he'll end up suiting up for Washington, which is good news, considering they will be without both Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Noah Brown (groin, knee) for yet another game. It's possible that Samuel won't be entirely 100% health-wise on Monday, but he still deserves to be started in all fantasy lineups now that he's active. Samuel has been the Commanders' go-to offensive weapon through the air in the last two weeks with McLaurin and Brown out, and that shouldn't change much on Monday in a plus matchup. The 29-year-old will be looking to find the end zone for the third straight week.
Still trying to decide between Kamara and Samuel Sr.? Check on the latest news to make sure both players are active and healthy. Our PPR projections show that Alvin Kamara is projected to score 8.6 points this week while Deebo Samuel Sr. is projected to score 16.1 points.
