New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle) is officially listed as questionable headed into Sunday's matchup against the Carolina Panthers, according to Katherine Terrell of ESPN. Kamara was a limited participant in every day of practice this week, but he followed a similar pattern last week and was able to play in Week 9 against the Rams. The veteran back has been managing this ankle injury for five weeks now, but hasn't missed any games and should be ready to go in Week 10. However, the lingering ankle issue has likely contributed to his poor production this season, averaging a career-low 3.6 yards per carry and scoring only one touchdown. Some of that can be attributed to New Orleans' poor offensive environment, but it's been a disappointing year regardless for the 30-year-old. Kamara profiles as an RB3/flex option for Week 10 against the Panthers.

NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe reports that Buffalo Bills running back James Cook (ankle) is "good to go" for Sunday's matchup with their division-rival Miami Dolphins. Cook missed practice on Wednesday with what has been called an ankle injury, but was elevated to limited on Thursday. While his status for Friday's practice has yet to be disclosed, fantasy managers can breathe a sigh of relief knowing he's ready to rock heading into the weekend. Miami has been one of the worst teams against the rush this season, and one of the friendliest toward fantasy running backs -- yielding the sixth-most fantasy points per game to the position (25.52). Cook owners can comfortably slot him into their lineups as a high-end RB1 in a smash Week 10 spot.
