It wasn't much, but Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Brandin Cooks caught a season-high four passes on four targets for 27 receiving yards in the team's 38-3 blowout win over the New England Patriots in Week 4 on Sunday in Dallas. Cooks returned in Week 3 from a knee injury after missing one game and he has six receptions for 44 yards on 11 targets the last two weeks. The Cowboys really haven't had to throw the ball all that much early on this year, which has hurt Cooks in his first year with the team. That won't remain the a case all year, but the 30-year-old veteran wideout probably isn't going to have a very dynamic role in this offense unless CeeDee Lamb or Michael Gallup miss time with an injury.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams had eight receptions for 75 yards on 13 targets in the Week 4 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Adams had a pedestrian stat line compared to his massive performance in Week 3, but the veteran receiver was still productive. The 30-year-old exited the game in the first half with a shoulder injury but was able to return just before halftime. With Jimmy Garoppolo ruled out, Adams caught passes from Raiders rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell. O'Connell's play was inconsistent, and the rookie did not hit his stride until the last two drives of the game. That said, Adams was still the top target in the passing game and is a strong start, regardless of who is behind center. The Raiders wide receiver has a Week 5 matchup with Jaire Alexander and the Green Bay Packers. Alexander is a tough matchup, but Adams is one of the best wide receivers in football and should have some familiarity going against his former teammate. Fantasy managers should keep an eye on Adams' injury status regarding his shoulder, but he will be a strong WR1 next week and every week for the foreseeable future.
