Who Should I Start? Cooper Kupp or Dallas Goedert

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp (hamstring, heel) is trending toward playing against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10, but he'll have a relatively low floor and ceiling in fantasy football. The 32-year-old has just 23 catches, 293 yards, and one touchdown this year, ranking as the overall WR62 in PPR leagues. His stock could drop even further as Tory Horton (shin) ascends and trade deadline acquisition Rashid Shaheed makes a quick impact. Kupp and Shaheed could share No. 2 receiver duties behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba this week, but the veteran receiver has fallen out of favor with most fantasy managers. He's an unreliable low-end WR4 against a Cardinals defense allowing the 10th-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers in 2025.

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert has been a top fantasy producer. It's fair to say he's had some weak showings throughout the 2025 campaign. However, the 30-year-old has also had a few standout performances, including a two-touchdown effort in the Week 8 NFC East clash with the New York Giants, marking his second multi-score game of the year. Goedert has 30 catches and 289 receiving yards this season, which isn't great compared to other tight ends around the National Football League. On the other hand, he's made up for it by finding the end zone seven times, more than anyone else at the position. With the Eagles sitting among the top teams in the NFC, Philadelphia will look to extend its winning streak to three games by handling Green Bay on Monday night. The Packers have had trouble defending opposing tight ends this season. Still, Goedert's designation as a must-start fantasy option wouldn't have changed even if he had a challenging matchup on the horizon. That will remain the case until he shows signs of regression moving ahead.
