Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (hamstring) was unable to avoid the IR with his hamstring issue before the season started. According to Sarah Barshop of ESPN, head coach Sean McVay was reluctant to give a timeline and said that the Rams are "hopeful" that the star receiver can return by Week 5 as they previously planned. They knew that he would have to miss their first four games once they made the decision to move him to the IR, but his return in Week 5 isn't set in stone right now. Fantasy managers will want to stay tuned for more updates as the tentative return date approaches.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase hasn't produced at an elite level through the first two weeks of the 2023-24 campaign. The former LSU Tiger has just 10 grabs this season, five fewer than he had at this point last year, and he still hasn't found the end zone. Unfortunately, fantasy managers aren't optimistic regarding a bounce-back performance from Chase on Monday night against the Rams, considering Los Angeles has allowed the sixth-fewest receiving yards to opposing wideouts this season. Even worse, Joe Burrow (calf) may not play, which could significantly lower Chase's ceiling. However, he's one of the best offensive options in the National Football League, so there's no way to justify benching him in Week 3.
