Dak Prescott Throws Three More Touchdown Passes in Week 7

Sunday, October 19, 10:27 PM

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott played a clean game in his team's 44-22 Week 7 win over the Washington Commanders, completing 21 of 30 pass attempts for 264 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions. Prescott's Cowboys are now averaging 31.7 points per game so far this season. Through seven games, Prescott has thrown for 1,881 yards and 16 touchdowns. He will face perhaps his toughest test so far this season in Week 8 when Dallas travels to Denver to take on the Broncos. Still, Prescott is playing at a high level and will be difficult for fantasy managers to go away from, even in a difficult matchup.

Kyler Murray Gets Excellent Matchup in Potential Week 9 Return

Wednesday, October 29, 11:49 AM

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (foot) missed his team's last two games before their Week 8 bye due to a mid-foot sprain. However, Murray is reportedly on track to return to the field for Arizona's Week 9 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. Murray was having a down season before getting hurt. Across five games in 2025, the 28-year-old has recorded 961 passing yards, six touchdowns, and three interceptions. Still, Murray remains a threat with his legs (173 rushing yards, one touchdown) and gets a very favorable matchup on Monday night against Dallas. The Cowboys currently rank dead last in the NFL in passing yards (2,185) and passing touchdowns (20) allowed. If Murray can return against Dallas, he profiles as a low-end fantasy QB1 in Week 9.
