Chicago Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney (knee) was a full participant during the team's practice on Friday. Mooney was banged up in the Bears loss to the Buccaneers in Week 2 and failed to record a catch in the game. He has been listed as a limited participant all week but all signs point toward Mooney playing this Sunday. The talented receiver posted 53 yards with one touchdown in Week 1 and has shown a solid rapport with quarterback Justin Fields in the past. But the Bears offense has looked terrible through the first two games and Mooney is not fantasy playable at this time.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney (toe) went backward for one yard on his only catch in Week 3's 41-10 thumping of the Chicago Bears. The 24-year-old was questionable with a toe issue entering play, but his presence was barely noticeable, anyway. After his uneventful first-quarter play, Toney was not turned to again on a day the Chiefs marched up and down the field for five touchdowns. The former first-rounder's talent remains fleeting, and second-round rookie Rashee Rice could start eating into his opportunity before long after catching five balls for 59 yards on Sunday. Toney appears to be at risk of being phased out of the offense, but it's still too early to cast that judgment. Still, he has devolved into a luxury bench stash at best, but we probably wouldn't blame you for hitting the drop button on a hot waiver pickup like Tank Dell or Adam Thielen.
